Before Your Visit
About the Office
As your optometrist in Vancouver, Dr. Lili practices out of a shared medical office space at Broadway Pacific Plaza. On the building directory, the office is inside unit 401 – Health and Wellness Office. This setup allows her to focus on specialized ocular care and medical eye services. Please note that the current office no longer carries prescription lenses, eyeglasses, or sunglasses. The following are still available:
- Contact lenses
- Ocular health products
- Dry eye treatments
- Eyelid-friendly cosmetics
When You Arrive
Our office is located inside the “Health and Wellness Office” on the fourth floor of Broadway Pacific Plaza. Here
is how check-in works:
- Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor and find Unit 401.
- Check in using the tablet at the front entrance — no door code is required.
- Have a seat in the waiting area. Dr. Lili will come get you shortly.
Note: Please check in at the tablet rather than wandering the hallway — the suite shares the floor with other medical
offices. If you are unsure, stay near the Unit 401 entrance and we will find you.
Getting Here
By transit:
Broadway–City Hall Station (SkyTrain) is nearby. Bus routes along W Broadway also stop close to the building.
By car — parking:
Dedicated paid parking is available beneath the building in the same parkade as Staples. Enter from the back alley,
accessible via Birch Street or Hemlock Street.
Note: A new SkyTrain station is currently under construction in the area. Construction is ongoing and conditions
change frequently — street parking may be limited and alley access can occasionally be affected without
advance notice. We recommend arriving a few minutes early and using the parkade when possible.
Insurance & Direct Billing
We direct bill MSP when full or partial coverage applies (children, seniors, and medically required exams). We also
direct bill for extended health benefits. Providers available include, but not limited to:
| Sun Life | Manulife | Canada Life |
| Desjardins | Blue Cross | Green Shield |
| Industrial Alliance | Empire Life |
Note: Please check your plan before coming in. Bring your insurnace information or fill it in on the intake form online. Unfortunately, we can not look up benefits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell glasses or frames?
No — the current office does not carry prescription lenses, eyeglasses, or sunglasses. Dr. Lili’s focus is on ocular health and medical eye care. If you need frames or lenses, she can provide your prescription and refer you to an optical retailer.
Do you sell contact lenses?
Yes. Contact lenses are available, and Dr. Lili offers contact lens fittings and updates as part of her services.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required. You can book online at
doctorlilioptometry.janeapp.com or call us at (778) 545-4313.
What should I bring to my appointment?
- Your BC Care Card (CareCard/MSP number)
- Your insurance card and member ID if you have extended health benefits
- Your current glasses or contact lenses if applicable
- A list of any medications you are taking
Will my eyes be dilated? Should I bring a driver?
Dilation is not required for every appointment, but it may be recommended depending on your eye health. If your eyes are dilated, your vision may be blurry and sensitive to light for a few hours afterward. We recommend bringing sunglasses and arranging a ride if you are concerned about driving post-exam.
Do you see children?
Yes. Dr. Lili provides children’s eye exams and myopia management services. We recommend children have their first eye exam between 6 to 12 months, again before school starts, then annually after that.
Do you offer virtual or phone consultations?
Yes, virtual consultations are available. Book online and select the virtual option, or contact us to discuss your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient. You can manage your appointment through JaneApp or call us directly.
